Pitt Meadows Regional Airport has been a location for many feature films, television films, television series and commercials. Nestled near the Golden Ears mountains, it’s prime location near the Fraser River and just minutes from Vancouver is a draw for location scouts. With Pitt Meadows Airport as your base of operations, you are less than five minutes by air from some of the most dynamic scenery in the Pacific Northwest.

Our tenant base includes recreational and sport aviation, aviation mechanics, flight schools, helicopter services and float plane services. We have no chartered carriers, so we can be flexible in meeting your needs. Many of our airport tenants enjoy sharing their talents with movie companies; these include flying skills, aviation mechanics, providing sets, hangar space, painting, digital imaging, flight simulation, and aircraft for props or rental. A unique feature of our airport are the waterdrome facilities, we provide both a float dock and a launch ramp.
