Pitt Meadows Airpark
Dynamic Property Developer Brandon Warner is a mainstay in the Pitt Meadows- Maple Ridge area. He worked his way from the ground up through the ranks of the construction and development industry, before venturing out and developing his own sites. At the Pitt Meadows Airport, the Pitt Meadows Airpark was created with two other partners. Located on the north side of the Pitt Meadows Airport, with access from Ford Road, the Airpark is spread over 8 acres, with currently forty built hangars, of which eight are still available. Custom build is available. The size of the hangars range from 42’ x 32’ to 60’ x 70’. Other hangars are still in planning, to meet the goal of 86 hangars. Current tenants include avionics businesses, aviation mechanics, charter operations, and private pilots.
